Margot Sangster is the principal teacher although periodically other teachers will lead programs.

Testimonials:

“The workshop in Mindfulness Meditation as taught by Margot Sangster provided insight into an unexplored and often overlooked dimension of growth and learning for students and staff: the care of the self. It was one of those experiences in which the learning and benefits continue the more the teachings are practiced.”
Stephen Fraser, Coquitlam School District
